Resilience
Resilience research from recent decades is a treasure trove when it comes to how people can better cope with crisis situations and emerge stronger from them. One's own resilience can be strengthened preventively or consciously focused on in crisis situations.
For me, resilience primarily means focusing on one's own needs, emotions and resources and taking oneself seriously.
Consciously becoming aware of one's own strengths and resources is often a good starting point for further processes, because change also requires energy. Knowing and maintaining one's own energy levels is an excellent foundation for this! The connection with the body through yoga is particularly supportive in this regard.
